CONDITIONS OF ACCESS - SAFETY - SECURITY
The monument is located inside the Palais de Justice. For everyone's safety, detection rules are very strict and it takes time!
Any sharp object, however small, is forbidden inside the Palais de Justice for safety reasons.
All glass containers are prohibited inside the Palais de Justice.
There is no place to store these items. If you still wish to enter the Sainte-Chapelle, you must resign yourself: these objects will be confiscated and not returned. Animals are not allowed on the monument premises, even in a bag. Only assistance animals and guide dogs may enter the monument.

You can leave your pushchair outside in a covered area. You will not be able to access the upper chapel as the staircase is narrow. Make sure you bring a baby carrier!

We strongly recommend that you pay in advance, as you run the risk of waiting a very long time - or even not being able to get in during busy periods (school holidays, Easter weekend).
Yes, you can buy a twin ticket on the Sainte-Chapelle ticketing page or directly from the ticket office. This means that you can visit the Conciergerie before or after your visit to the Sainte Chapelle. However, don't forget to take into account the time of the last access (5.15pm) and the duration (between 1h and 1h30) of your visit to the Conciergerie.
Given the large number of visitors to the Sainte-Chapelle, we advise you to make sure you keep to your time slot.
